I saw these trams enter service when I was in school. I thought they looked very nice in terms of shape but damn do I miss those T-69s. I grew up with the T-69s so everything from the design and sounds I’ve loved since I was a kid.

These trains going for "scrap" in Britain look like our current Acela here in the States.
Worst part about these going for scrap is that they can still be used. Maybe not with Eurostar, but could provide extra capacity on other lines.
